Can be worn as a top or dress!

This dress has  2 layers of ruffled fabric along with accented ruffled sleeves. 

We will provide you with measurements to this specific garment. This garment is made with a variety of deadstock and modern fabrics but all include cotton blend. This item is pre-made and will be shipped out within in 2-3 business days.

best fits sizes medium-2XL depending on desired fit.
