As a small business we appreciate your business and on that note, there are some limitations in order to help keep us on a path to keep serving you.
Returns:
Everything is made to order and handmade/reconstructed. Stiques & Stones is growing thanks to all of our amazing customers spreading the word; that means wait times can vary. Wait times can vary between 5-7 business days (on slower months) and up to 20 business days if there is no holiday rush promise or a rush order requested by the customer.
Returns we accept:
We will accept a "return" if alteration is needed but no money will be given back for the transaction. If alteration is needed, we will exchange info on what type we will need to complete in order for you to be fully happy with your purchase. Product then will be sent out to you after alteration is complete but it will not eligible for monetary refund. We will not accept any returns for a monetary refund- everything is made to order and/or custom made.
Refunds on lost packages:
We are not responsible for the misplacement of any packages from courier services or stolen packages.
Courtesy gifts:
These are given out of the kindness of the company- there is no promise that these will be done within a rushed timeline because of paid orders that come as first priority. We appreciate your understanding.
